It’s 9am UK time which can mean only one thing – it’s time for another brand-new recipe for you lovely juicy people to judge!
I kicked the week off with THE MIGHTY GREEN (which went down a treat!) and I’ll be following on the ‘juice’ theme for the next few days, so keep that juicer exactly where it is!
As many of you know, I am in the process of writing my new book, ‘Juice ‘n’ Blend Me!’ and I’m looking to add as many bonus recipes as possible (in addition to all the recipes for the 7-day plan itself). I only want to add the best of the best and this is where YOU come in!
Please WATCH the video, MAKE the juice and give it a SCORE out of 10. Basically, I want to know if you think it’s good enough to go into the book.
Today’s recipe is the BETA CARROT ORANGINA. Please check the bottom of yesterday’s video for the ingredients (or just watch this video of course).
For those of you asking what machine I’m using – it’s the Juice Master Cold Press and you can find out all about it here: shop.juicemaster.com/products/juice-master-cold-press-juicer
Once again, if making juices and blends isn’t for you – but you still want to enjoy all the benefits – you can get all of my plans freshly frozen and delivered directly to your door. Head on over to www.juicemasterdelivered.com and they’ll have you covered.
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts – your opinion really does matter. Tomorrow’s recipe is the MINTY MANGO SUPER GREEN juice and you will need the ingredients below:
🔸 Celery 2 Stalks
🔸 Mango 1/2 Fresh Mango (the harder the better as you will get more juice)
🔸 Kale 1 Handful
🔸 Spinach 1 Handful
🔸 Mint 1 Handful
🔸 Pear 1
🔸 Broccoli Stem 1-Inch (or 2 florets)
🔸 Apple 1
Good luck with getting the ingredients and see you at 9am tomorrow!
